I ordered a festive holiday bouquet for my elderly mother because she is mostly alone this holiday season. I specifically looked for a local florist because I support local economies and local businesses when possible. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I was really disappointed that the delivery driver didn't want to leave his vehicle and wanted my mom to go out to get the arrangement. They had snow on the ground and the driver didn't want to get his boots wet and wanted my 80 year old mom to go out to him! She told me that she had to argue with the driver to meet him halfway to get the flowers! She was happy with the floral product but frustrated with the delivery.
